Access to Business Management
Summary:
The Access course provides a pathway into higher education for adults without qualifications (e.g. National Diploma or the old A level). It is useful for adults who want to make a career change into Business Management, for international students whose qualification are not recognised by British universities, or anyone of 19 and over who wants to apply for university or foundation degree.
Minimum Age: 19 Course Length: One year or two College terms (length of time for delivery) depending upon sufficient demand. Entry Requirements:Subjects to interview. Should be over 19 years of age. Preferably have GCSE at Grade C in English and Maths.

Assessment:Assessment will cover skills and knowledge - and takes place by exams, presentations and assignments. Work is internally marked and externally moderated. Students are set deadlines for the completion of coursework.
Academic Progression:You can study for a degree (e.g. BA Hons Business Management) or foundation degree (FdA Business Management) at City College Norwich or an external university.
Career Progression:Students progress into administration, marketing, account and management.

Students are required to participate in an intensive period of study which will cover 9 units over a period of time (e.g. one year or 2 terms)
