Part TimeThis course is designed to introduce more advanced techniques of
sugarcraft, making complex exotic flowers and foliage.
Students will learn;
To produce a range of autumn fruits and flowers.
Demonstrate creativity in the use of colour.

How you will gain the qualification
This course has been validated for Agored Cymru accreditation by
NWACC (North Wales Access and Credit Consortium). Students wishing
to have their work assessed will have the opportunity to gain 9
credits at level 3.
What qualifications you need
Completion of levels 1 and 2 or skills to that level.
