AGORED L1 PRINTMAKING AN INTRODUCTION (JANUARY)

Each course sets out to give students knowledge and understanding of the processes involved in printmaking. This offers an opportunity to produce work which shows a creative response to various printmaking techniques. Areas covered include: working to fine art print projects, collograph and exploratory print.
How you will gain the qualification
For accredited units the work will be assessed at the end of the unit. AGORED is the awarding body associated with this course and an external moderator visits the college on annual basis to sample student work and assessment decisions.
What qualifications you need
Both beginners and those with some knowledge of print are welcome.

Where to next
AGORED accreditation is recognised by colleges in Wales and England. Part-time students could progress through a variety of units at different levels, building a portfolio of achievement which could lead to full-time study on art, design and media related courses.
