Please note that to apply for this as a full-time higher education course you must apply through UCAS and for part-time directly to the University of Greenwich. Unfortunately the College cannot accept online applications for HE courses.
The BSc (Hons) Extended Degree in Science is a four year course awarded by the University of Greenwich. The first year is delivered at Bromley College. Successful completion of this year allows you to join any of the science degrees offered by the university. The programme is also offered in part time mode for students working full time in pathology laboratories or similar.

Course content
The programme is course based and is taught over two semesters. It provides the grounding required in physics, chemistry, biology and core skills to study BSc courses in Science.

- Science Laboratory Skills
Teaching and assessment
Assessment methods are varied and include practical work, assignments, essays, presentations, short tests and two examinations, one in January and one in May.
Entry requirements
2 A Levels or equivalent in a subject area outside science. GCSE passes in English and maths grades A*-C or equivalent. If you are 21 or older and have relevant work experience, you will be assessed at an interview.
