Personal Licence Holders HABC Award Level 2

those who wish to apply for the licence. The HABC qualification is
accredited by both Ofqual and the Secretary of State at the
Department of Culture, Media and Sport, and has been designed to
meet the statutory requirements of the Licencing Act 2003.
