Please note that we offer these courses on Versions 2003 and 2007 and 2010, therefore please ensure that you state, upon booking, which version you require.

How will the course be delivered?

These courses will now be delivered by either 1-2-1 training or to groups on a tailored basis.

1-2-1 Training – This intensive training can be delivered on site at a company (if applicable) or at college. A tutor would be assigned to deliver 1.5 hours of training on a particular subject to 1 person at one time. The cost for this is £60 per hour and we would normally suggest that 1.5 hours of training would suffice per subject (at a total fee of £90).

Groups or Bespoke/Tailored Courses – these can be delivered either on site at college or on your premises (if applicable) if you have a training room, at dates and times to suit yourselves, I can quote you for this type of training dependent on your needs as and when required. The beauty of this type of course is that it can be specifically tailored to your/your colleagues exacting needs, ensuring that they receive the full benefit and impact required from the course to assist them in their employment.

Course Entry Criteria

No specific entry criteria for this course. All welcome.

The college operates a no refunds policy as detailed below. Cancellations and transfer requests are subject to the following conditions:

  • More than 4 weeks notice – no charge
  • 4 weeks notice – 30% of the cost
  • 2-3 weeks notice – 50% of the cost
  • 1-2 weeks notice – 75% of the cost
  • Less than 1 weeks notice – 100% of the cost

All cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to a £10 administration charge. The full fee’s policy is available on request.

What will I get at the end of the course?

You will receive a Blackburn College Certificate of attendance upon successful completion of the training.

1-2-1 Intensive Training Courses are priced at £60 per hour (i.e. £90 per 1.5 hours) per level per delegate.
