•Analysing and selecting parts for improvements
•Applying ‘Six Sigma’ Methodology to a project
•Creating flexible production and manpower systems

How am I assessed?

You will be assessed in one or more of the following ways:
•Coursework
•Exams
•Portfolio of evidence
•Workplace assessment

What will I achieve?

Successful candidates will achieve a Level 2 in Diploma in business improved Techniques and Level 2 in performing Manufacturing Operation.

Successful Level 3 Candidates will achieve Level 3 Diplma in Business Improvement Techniques.

Successful Level 4 Candidates will achieve Level 4 Diploma in Business ILM, and Administration
