This foundation programme is the course for you if you have an interest in agriculture but may require support in achieving your career aims. What You Will StudyUnits include:
- Care of animals
- Developing safe working practices
- Estate skills
- Machinery operation
- Employability skills
Functional Skills
You will also work towards nationally recognised Functional Skills qualifications (English, Maths and IT).
What Next?Successful students may continue to a Level 2 programme, such as the Level 2 Diploma in Agriculture. Alternatively, students may look to gain employment in a relevant industry or begin a work-based Apprenticeship.
