Introduction

This course is designed to give you a general introduction to psychology and equip you with skills that you can use in your daily life and at work.

What Will I Learn

You will learn about a variety of approaches to studying psychology and treating mental health while gaining practical skills. These practical skills include techniques for improving memory, ways to reduce stress, understanding body language and changing the way you think to optimise your chances to succeed.

Entry Requirements

No prior knowledge required. Suitable for mature students.

This course will run every 6 weeks beginning 05/11/12

Successful students may wish to continue to other courses offered at Aylesbury College.
