The course offers a balance of system support and software development within IT allowing practical understanding of how industry works, whilst supported by IT. In addition to technical skills, learners will also develop the ability to communicate and present themselves effectively within this industry. The department is a Microsoft and CISCO approved academy, allowing learners access to the most up-to-date software. Learners will have the opportunity to focus their learning on either system support or software development.
