This qualification gives you the opportunity to have varied experiences in making a difference in people’s lives, at the same time gaining skills that you can transfer to other professions.

All lecturers have a professional background in the Health and Social Care Sector. During your year, guest speakers and off site visits to local care providers will give you an insight into a variety of different settings. You will work alongside professionals in your choice of work placement one day a week to put knowledge learnt into practice.
