Who will this course benefit?

This workshop is relevant for all HR professionals, whether they work within generalist HR roles, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, HR Shared Services or Payroll. You do not need to officially have the title of Business Partner to benefit enormously from this workshop. It is particularly relevant to HR departments who have moved to a Business Partnering model and to individuals who need to take on a more strategic role where they need to influence senior business people and be part of shaping their people strategy and or are working on key projects to enable business transformation.
