This PTLLS - Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector is the same award from Ofqual as the 7303 (was 7302) City and Guilds PTLLS award.  This is the starting Level 3 teaching qualification for anyone involved in the delivery of learning.  This course is only £450 and will cover the following outcomes: 

  • Adopt an integrated approach to the theory and practice of teaching and training
  • Reflect on their own previous / current levels of experience, practice and skills, and potential for development
  • Build up knowledge of principles of learning, teaching, assessment and evaluation
  • Develop their own communication and interpersonal skills
