Professional Graduate Diploma

The BCS deems that its Professional Graduate Diploma is examined to the level of a university honours degree. It consists of a three-hour written paper on each of four modules chosen from the list below plus the Professional Graduate Diploma project.

Alternatively, you can take the Professional Graduate Diploma by submission of a dissertation.

Entry Requirements

Certificate Students
English Language must normally be IELTS 6.0 or equivalent. Students with 5.5 may be offered a place subject to interview. Students with 5.0 may be accepted if they take a pre-sessional course and reach the required standard.

Diploma Students
Candidates will be expected to have a standard of general education equivalent to the UK GCE A level. This means that candidates will generally be ate least 19 years of age and have completed the equivalent of 12 years of schooling before they attempt the BCS professional Examinations. English Language must normally be IELTS 6.0 or equivalent. Students with 5.5 may be offered a place subject to interview. Professional Graduate Diploma Students

Study Options :: Full-time & Part-time
Duration:: 42 Months (1st and 2nd year are one year duration and the 3rd year is 18monhts duration, including the project work (12 weeks holiday in each year)
Progression :: Diploma 1 and 2 - 2nd year of an Undergraduate degree and Adv Diploma - Final Year of an Undergraduate degree or Postgraduate or Masters at British University with relevant work experience.
