The validation process is a key mechanism by which the university establishes the academic standards and quality of its courses; new developments are normally validated from four to twelve months ahead of their start date.

This course will provide you with a thorough understanding of strategic business skills to meet the challenging financial environment that policing services are subject to.

Managing shrinking budgets and the pace of change within the public sector requires an indepth knowledge of practices and leadership skills to ensure public confidence in policing and those that lead those services remains at a high level.

This programme is aimed at those individuals who wish to realise their potential in securing senior leadership and management positions within the Police Service.

We place a high degree of emphasis on interactive learning within the Business School and provide a supportive environment in which you can develop academically and personally.
