You will study the full range of finance subjects including: management accounting; capital expenditure; investment appraisal; whole life cycle costing; pricing strategies; target costing; financial risk and all aspects of budgeting.

You will learn through a variety of methods including lectures, seminars and presentations, practical work, e-learning, workshops, tutorials, study groups, videos, independent study, directed reading and research. You will be assessed on the basis of a case study report and a written exam.

In addition to learning a range of key financial skills, the course will support the development of your personal skills in critical thinking and evaluation, organisation, time management, IT and communication skills.
