• Level 2 Diploma in Vehicle Parts
• Level 2 VCQ in Vehicle Parts
• Functional Skills Application of Number Level 1 or 2
• Functional Skills Communication Level 1 or 2
• Functional Skills ICT Level 1 or 2
• Employment Rights and Responsibilities (ERR)

• Selecting and Issuing Vehicle Parts
• Receiving and Storing Vehicle Parts
• Process Orders for Non Stock Parts
• Delivering Vehicle Parts to Customers
• Processing Payment Transactions in a Vehicle Parts Environment
• Health & Safety

Entry requirements You must be employed at least 30 hours/week. Who is it for? The VCQ in Vehicle Parts is for anyone who works in a Vehicle Parts Environment such as Cars, Motorcycles, Trailers, Caravans, Motor Homes, Plant, Heavy Goods Vehicles, Agriculture and Horticultural Vehicles, who is a

Total People may require employers to make a contribution towards the cost for learners aged 24 years and over, embarking on an Apprenticeship or Advanced Apprenticeship programme.

Observation of real work will be used for all competence based units, in addition you will be involved in discussion and carry out knowledge based questions.
