As the first of two qualifications needed to become a PRINCE2 Practitioner, PRINCE2 Foundation teaches the basics of project management.

Aimed at those who are new to project management and have not gained a lot of experience, PRINCE2 Foundation measures whether an individual would be able to perform as an effective member of a project management team.
