PRINCE2 Foundation courses are for anyone wishing to gain the PRINCE2 Foundation certification and a detailed understanding of the terminology and principles behind the method.

- Project professionals who prefer to become registered PRINCE2 Practitioners in 2 stages.

The 3-day PRINCE2 training course is designed to provide you with a working understanding of the PRINCE2 structured project management method and to pass the PRINCE2 Foundation examination (included in the course).
Upon completion you will be able to:

- Understand the principles, themes and processes of PRINCE2

- Participate as an informed member of a project team

What's Included ?
The fee includes course materials, PRINCE2 manual, registration, PRINCE2 Foundation exam (total value over £150), and refreshments (usually including lunch).
Pre-reading and Evening StudyPlease note that this is an intensive course. Most Focus accredited training providers will supply a pre-course reading pack which will include the PRINCE2 manual and you will be expected to carry out 15-20 hours pre-course reading prior to starting the course. There will also be revision and exam practice work each evening of the course.

Accreditation
The course is fully accredited by the APM Group and OGC. It is delivered by an accredited PRINCE2 training organisation.
