Scaffold Inspection and Appreciation

Who is it for?
This two day course is designed for managers and supervisors whose duties
require them to inspect scaffolding. It is also suitable for those in need of a
strong appreciation of scaffold requirements.

What will you learn?
On successful completion the student will be able to demonstrate the
following:

• A sound knowledge of the legal obligations covering the provision and use of scaffolding
• The ability to identify scaffold components and know the reasons for their use
• A knowledge of standard scaffold structures, and where and when the requirements for calculations and design are triggered
• The techniques of scaffold inspection and the completion and recording of scaffold inspection reports
