Abrasive Wheel (half day)
The aim of the Abrasive Wheel course (half day) is to enable candidates to work safely and provide an understanding of current legislation. The course will promote awareness of the dangers and hazards of abrasive wheels and offer advice and steps to reduce the number of workplace accidents to create a safer workplace.
This course includes the following:
- The use of (including risks)
- The inspection
- Maintenance
- Changing of the wheel
The following equipment will be required:
- Hand Held Grinder/Cutter (petrol)
- Blade with spanner (abrasive blade – not diamond)
- Selection of blades appropriate to both stone and metal cutting to fit both types of disc cutters i…

BSG Member - £80+VAT per delegate
Non-Member - £100+VAT per
