TPM is a world class continuous improvement methodology for optimising the effectiveness of production equipment. TPM relies on empowering operators to take responsibility for their own equipment to maximise the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Properly implemented, TPM can drastically reduce equipment breakdowns and minor stoppages, quality problems and changeover difficulties. The workshop is based on a series of brief lectures, practical exercises and case studies, which will enable delegates to set up, lead or participate in TPM teams within their companies.
