What is it about?Managing others can be one of the toughest challenges we face at
work, covering a huge range of responsibilities and tasks. This
course gives a complete overview of what a manager needs to know,
covering both technical and relationship skills. Learners will
leave with a thorough understanding of what good management looks
like, and how to use it to get the best from others.
The course covers the parts of management that we’ve found new
managers find most difficult, like providing feedback and
addressing underperformance. Every manager attending this course
will leave with a practical action plan, improved confidence, and a
best-practice toolkit that will make a real difference back at
work.
Anyone attending this course can also attend a Rapid Review Virtual
Classroom afterwards for free. We recommend that a learner leaves a
three to six month gap before attending this to ensure that they
have had time to put their new skills into practice.
The Virtual Classroom Introduction to Management - Rapid Review
provides more expert advice and gives learners the opportunity to
access coaching and support. You can find more details and dates
