Plumbing for the Home

This is a practical course full of useful tips and trick to help you complete plumbing repairs in the home.

All work is carried out in our fully equipped workshops where you will be taught by experienced staff and learn the following: basic pipe jointing and bending techniques, changing taps and tap washers, plastic waste, unblocking of waste, removal and reinstating of radiators.

You will gain a variety of skills to assist with home projects. There is no qualification linked to this course.

All you will need is an interest in the skills area and work boots/sturdy shoes for working in the workshops. No previous experience is required.

This course will enable you to take on projects with more confidence and can be repeated to develop your skills further.
