Entry Requirements There are no formal entry requirements, though it is expected that the target group would be middle managers, in non-finance roles, who are seeking to broaden their understanding of financial issues. Assessment As this is an ILM Development Programme, there is no assessment requirement. Delegates are awarded the qualification by virtue of attending the programme.
