formal entry requirements, though it is expected that the target
group would be middle managers, in non-finance roles, who are
seeking to broaden their understanding of financial issues.
Assessment As this is an ILM Development Programme, there is no
assessment requirement. Delegates are awarded the qualification by
virtue of attending the programme. Learning Outcome ILM Development
Award in Finance for Non-financial Managers. Progression after
Programme The college offers a range of ILM qualifications in
leadership and management at level 3 and above. In addition, we
offer the AAT qualification for those interested in an accounting
