Nutrion, how to set up my own business.

Motivation:

I'm interested in becoming a nutritionist and have a Science Access course and one year of a part time course at Institute of Nutritional Therapy under my belt. What would you suggest course-wise so that I can set up my own business? Also, can you tell me who accredits your courses?
