This course is full of practical ways, methods, tips and techniques
to help you through days like the ones above so that you can stay
more in control of yourself, manage situations better, remain
productive and build up your resilience so you become healthier and
stronger. You will have several opportunities to practice
techniques that work. How do I know they work? Because I used them
to manage pressure better and become healthier and stronger
myself.
