VRQ Level 4 Diploma in Management and Leadership

The level 4 qualifications in Management and Leadership are designed to develop personal management capabilities, make effective use of information in decision-making, operations and the development of the skills in managing people.  These qualifications are also suitable for aspiring middle managers.

VRQs are work-based but assessed by written assignment.  They are made up of units covering a wide range of management topics, allowing you to tailor the size and elements of the qualification to suit you and your organisation’s specific needs.

With a more comprehensive structure, the CMI Level 4 Diploma in Management and Leadership gives you all the key skills and competencies you’ll need to become the manager you want to be.

To achieve a Chartered Management Institute Diploma in Management and Leadership, you need to successfully complete all core units (Group A) and three optional units (Group B) to a minimum total of 46 credits.  (All units) The Diploma can take between 6 to 12 months.

There are no formal entry requirements for this qualification.  Assessment is normally through practical work based assignments.  This ensures you minimise time away from work and that you undertake work study which is relevant to your own organisation’s context.  Learners should have sufficient capability at the right level to undertake the learning and assessment.
