Trainer Profile

Malcolm Caudren

I look to challenge delegates on this course about the often held beliefs that staff should do what they are told by their manager.

I’m a firm believer that performance can only be raised if staff are encouraged by the techniques on this course to want to work for the manager and that a manager can only be truly effective if he or she can increase their working networks at peer level and above.

I aim to show that it is only by engaging people at all levels that we can move towards the best solutions, not just by forcing through the managers' own beliefs and systems.
