Trainer Profile

Bev Holloway

Delegates join this course asking “What questions should I ask in interviews?” and leave with an understanding and experience of the whole process from beginning to end.

With over ten years recruitment experience both from a line manager and HR perspective, I am able to guide you through your questions and concerns about what you need to do and how to do it right.

I spend time on theory using games, activities and discussions and complete this with interviewing practice with your fellow delegates. This allows you to learn and gain feedback in a safe environment as well as raising your confidence in your abilities to perform interviews and to select the best candidate.
