Delegates can expect to receive these materials two weeks before the course is due to commence. Course Description:
Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) 2007 edition is the latest version of the OGC's (Office of Government Commerce) approach for managing change and delivering business benefits from a set of related projects. The aim of the course is to provide delegates who have an understanding of the 2003 edition of MSP with a basic understanding of MSP (2007)Principles, themes, and the transformational flow.
The course is based on the 2007 edition of the MSP Manual and is designed for:
- Delegates who have an understanding of previous versions of the MSP framework and wish to understand the changes to the 2007 version.
- Staff who have already passed the old style MSP examinations who wish to review the new MSP framework.
- Those who wish to re-register as an MSP Practitioner, within 3 - 5 years of their original qualification.
The course fee includes the latest copy of the MSP Manual.
Delegates will learn how to:
- Understand the basic MSP Themes and the Transformational Flow
- Understand how the application of MSP principles can improve an organisations ability to implement change and maintain focus on the desired benefits
- Identify the information required to effectively define a programme

- Take the MSP re-registration exam
