CSSSE: Cisco Security Solutions for Systems Engineers

Course Description:

This course covers claims and evidence identified for the new Advanced Security SE Specialisation. The Security Solutions for Systems Engineers training is part of the Channel SE program. The SSSE course will form the basis for a new Security Cisco Qualified Specialist certification.

After completing this course the delegate will be able to:

- Describe the network security threats found in today's networks

- Explain the security concepts to design a secure, scalable and reliable network

- Design security solutions with PIX and ASA security appliances

- Explain components of an IPSec VPN solution

- Design an IPSec VPN solution with VPN enabled routers and VPN concentrator

- Explain the benefits of Intrusion Prevention Systems

- Design secure networks with Intrusion Prevention Systems

- Describe the available management products to manage secure networks
