This training is designed for personnel who want to understand the scripting enhancements introduced with Contact Centre 6.0. It provides a delta view of the differences between developing scripts using Symposium Call Centre Web Client 4.5 and Contact Centre Manager Administration 6.0. This training assumes that the student is already familiar with how to write scripts for Symposium Call Centre Server.
At the end of this course you will be able to do the following:
-Describe the new scripting features of Nortel Contact Centre-Manager
-Identify the new scripting user interfaces
-Describe the functionalities available in the new scripting user interfaces
