Working with Loss - Professional Development

Course Content

This is a one day course. Regardless of outer appearances a lot of counselling and helping interventions are necessitated by loss. Loss is felt acutely through Bereavement but other areas of our lives are touched by loss, the end of a relationship, illness, employment, retirement, even moving house or when children go through school transitions. Today will take an interactive look at how the area of loss affects us all.

These courses are suitable for either students on a Diploma Counselling Course in preparation for Supervised Practice or for fully qualified counsellors who are doing their CPD. Please note classes are £30 per course for NRC Students or students who are attending participating Colleges involved in the Collaboration Partnership for the Foundation Degree in Counselling with the University of Ulster.
