Course Summary:
This course of study is aimed at practising electrical operatives with existing electrical experience and qualifications who are responsible for maintaining and carrying out practical inspection and testing of electrical equipment. The course covers both theory and practical elements with opportunities for hands-on practice. The course is based around the guidance provided in the IET Code of Practice for In-Service Inspection and Testing of Electrical
equipment.

Assessment: Candidates will be required to undertake a time constrained (1 hour) thirty question multiple-choice on-line (GOLA) exam, based around the content and use of the IET Code of Practice for In-Service Inspection and Testing of Electrical Equipment.
Career Progression:
On completion of this qualification candidates may progress into
employment or to the followng City & Guilds qualifications
