This course is for anyone who already has the basic skills to cook within a domestic environment, who would like to have a go at using more intricate, complex cooking techniques and tackle more challenging menus.
Part 2 looks to build on the skills learned in Fine Dine with Me (Part 1). You will attempt more complex dishes and meals which will challenge you. A range of gourmet starters, main courses and desserts will be covered.
