HOW WILL I BE ASSESSED?
You will be assigned a tutor who is a subject specialist in your chosen subject area. Your tutor will support you through the course to fully prepare you for the exams by:
setting target dates for completion of tasks (which will be submitted for marking and feedback provided), answering any queries or questions you may have as you progress through the course materials and deliver a tutorial session to help prepare you for the examination. Your tutor will also look over your assignment and provide feedback prior to final submission to CILT.
Candidates must successfully complete two core units and 1 optional unit to be awarded the CILT (UK) Level 3 Certificate in Logistics and Transport.
The Level 3 Certificate is knowledge-based and will be assessed by means of external examination and externally marked assignment. The exams for the two mandatory units consist of 25 short-answer questions and 2 long answer questions (from a choice of 3).
The optional unit is assessed by means of an externally marked assignment.
