Description
This course consists of the following 6 units:
- Investigating the aviation industry
- Health, safety and security in aviation
- Meeting customer needs
- Air travel information
- Handling air passengers
- Preparation for work
Students must be aged 17+ and have ONE of the following:

4 GCSEs at grades A*-C, including English and Maths, or equivalent

Level 2 City & Guilds Diploma in The Aviation Environment or Travel & Tourism at merit, plus GCSE English or Maths at grade A*-C
Functional Skills may be accepted in place of GCSE Maths and/or English
Applications from mature students are welcomed.
