Description
This course covers the technology and practical aspects of plumbing systems.
Students will learn both theoretical and practical aspects of plumbing including:
- Health and safety
- Hot and cold water regulations and installation
- Above ground drainage and rainwater gutterage
- Central heating installation
Students must have ALL of the following:
- 4 GCSEs (3 at grades A*-D and 1 at grade A*-E) including English and Maths at A*-C, or equivalent - Functional Skills may be accepted in place of GCSE Maths and/or English
- Successful assessment activities including literacy and numeracy
