This course is specially designed to give practicing or aspiring
team leaders a solid foundation in their formal development as a
leader. It is a concise qualification designed to give learners in
the workplace a basic knowledge of the various roles, functions and
responsibilities of a team leader and the limits of their authority
and accountability.
Learners must complete a number of units from a bank of mandatory
and options. They will build a portfolio of evidence gathered while
