The study of psychology enables us to gain a better understanding of our own behaviour, as well as that of other people.

The workings of the mind are often mysterious and always fascinating. This home study course will encourage you to consider different areas of psychology, such as cognition, development and social and individual differences.
The distance learning course also looks at topical issues, such as eyewitness testimony, eating disorders and stress, that can be better understood and managed using psychological methods.

Entry requirements and hours of study
- A pass at A-C in GCSE English and maths is desirable, but no formal qualifications are required.
- You should allow 150 hours of study for the AS and 150 hours for the A2, plus extra time for completing assignments.
