Upon successful completion of the Six Sigma Black Belt Certificate
Training, the participants will be able to understand:
- Six Sigma philosophy of process improvement through DMAIC performance improvement model
- The importance of “Voice of the Customer” in defining the required performance standard
- The “cost per poor quality” and its results
- The use various of measurement approaches and tools to establish current performance
- Use of SIPOC and Process Mapping to identify the bottlenecks
- The application of a number of advanced statistical analysis tools and techniques to establish the root cause of a problem
- The difference in approach and techniques for incremental and redesign improvement strategies and know how to decide on the correct approach
- The Use of various soft-wares enhancing the performance of Six Sigma, i.e., QI Macros, Mini-Tab
- The importance of Training Green Belts and project teams and providing them ongoing support and leadership
- The effectiveness of timely feedback to management and project sponsor
