Laser Hair Removal

Our three day advanced and certificated intense laser course in hair removal is extremely advantageous for a employer looking to recruit a laser technician whatever the platform might be.

COURSE CONTENT:Anatomy of skin and hair, health and safety, laser cleaning and maintenance, sales and marketing of laser treatments, client consultation, Fitzpatrick skin typing, contra-indications, patch testing practice, practical workshop: legs, back, arms, underarms, bikini line, Brazilian/Hollywood and facial areas.

Underpinning knowledge will be delivered in 3 days, however, on this demanding course you will be required to attend the Student Salon regularly at a later date to complete all ranges required. The Student Salon has a large database of clients, but should you wish to accelerate the assessment process then one personal client can be introduced at a 50% reduced price of their course of treatments.

We train using Lynton the top equipment which is approved and in operation within NHS. In addition students have the opportunity to practice on second IPL platform.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
• A recognised qualification in Anatomy & Physiology Level 3 OR Level 2 in Waxing. • The minimum age for entry to this course is 18 years - no exceptions. There is no upper age limit.
• A good general education is essential for this demanding course
• An excellent level of English is required. You must be able to speak, read, write and understand English fluently.

• All products are supplied for class use
• Each student is provided with a locker, and will be expected to change into their uniform once they have arrived at the school. £10 refundable deposit is required for the locker key.

NOT INCLUDED - BUT REQUIRED: • Our uniform (one white tunic top and one pair of white trousers)
• A pair of white salon shoes
• Stationary items such as pens, note paper, folders for presenting your work etc.
