Why choose ACCA?
ACCA has an unrivalled global network. Students can sit exams in an
education centre like London BMS, committed to training ACCA
students. With increasing globalisation and the emergence of BRIC
economies it is important for students to be equipped with a
globally recognised qualification.
London BMS believes that every individual should be in control of
their own career - which is why ACCA let them choose their
employer, sector and location. What's more, students have the
freedom to move between employers during their studies without it
affecting their progression through the qualification.
There are also a range of study options available including
full-time, part time, day release and distance learning, allowing
students to choose an option that best fits in with their work and
social commitments.
London BMS believes in developing financial professionals that
understand the ethical implications of their actions. That is why
all students studying the ACCA Qualification must complete an
online ethics module. This module exposes students to a range of
ethical perspectives and gets them thinking about their approach to
and resolution of work related dilemmas.
Transferability
ACCA members can be found working across all five sectors:
corporate, financial services, public practice, public sector and
SMEs. The breadth of the ACCA Qualification allows students to
develop an understanding in the fundamental principles of
accountancy before moving on to special ise in an area that is
relevant to their work. This means that ACCA students have the
knowledge and the skills to work across all sectors.
Entry requirement:
Two A Levels and three GCSEs or equivalent in five separate subjects, including English and Mathematics
