Introductory Sourcing and Procurement

Quality Sourcing Management creates and exploits opportunities to be derived from developing a link between a company's internal supply chain and those of its suppliers. An understanding of the rudiments of the sourcing function and its accountabilities for all personnel engaged in supply chain activity can facilitate inter- functional opportunities for improvement and more harmonious relationships.
