Course Description

If you want to develop your knowledge of Human Resource Management so that you can embark on a rewarding career or you are already working in a related field and want to improve your career prospects, then this is the course for you.

The people employed within an organisation are its key source of competitive advantage. A simple and undeniably true statement, and yet today there are still organisations out there that are guilty of failing to recognise the value of its people (its human resource), and have not yet grasped the important contribution that people make to the business success.

The resource of people, when looked after and invested in, are the difference between organisations that are successful and those that are not, however, it is the way in which people are managed, in other words the specific techniques and approaches to people management and development that are fundamental to any success.

The aim of the Distance Learning Human Resource Management Diploma course is to provide an overview of many of the key activities of HRM that are fundamental to the effective management and development of people in employment.

•    Termination of employment.

Previous Knowledge Required

You do not need any prior learning knowledge or experience to take this course. This course is openly available to anyone who wishes to take part in a highly rewarding home study course, although you would be expected to have a reasonable standard of literacy.

You have the freedom to start the course at any time and continue your studies at your own pace for a period of up to 12 months from initial registration with the full support of your Tutor.

Support

Assessment

You must successfully complete a series of activities and assessments. Once all assessments and activities have been completed satisfactorily, you will then be awarded your certificate.  The good news is, there is no final exam.
