Reply to the assessments arrive within 2 weeks time.... never before

My daughter is stuck on French lessons since 2 weeks - she has completed her assessments, but the system is not allowing her to move to the next level - we are receiving an information that IT must deblock it since 2 weeks - What school needs 2 weeks to release a level??

Calling the Director, Ms Hayley - totally useless! Never call back and just get an answer when she has no choice anymore

"I bought A level international History course and I am very very disappointed with the service received. I assume all the 5* reviews here are fake because the course is not worth £320!!! All the material can be found on internet in a few clicks. I am waiting over two weeks for one assignment!! They state the tutor will reply in 48 hours however I am waiting much longer for a reply on a stupid question. Th service this platform provides is fake and I do not recommend!! I am a student and I've been saving money for getting help with my history A level... When I asked for a refund, nobody answers!! The phone numbers are fake and there is not a single name of a person who would be responsible for the site!! It is fake and fraudulent learning site. The assignments provided are the questions from textbooks!! No help! I doubt that the tutor even exists!!! Very disappointing!! NEVER AGAIN!!!
