Please complete the attached " Health and Fitness Questionnaire" and inform your tutor verbally if you have any health concerns. Please bring the completed questionnaire to your first class. You are asked to complete this questionnaire once a year.

KAE is unable to offer refunds for any materials, equipment or books if the course is subsequently closed.
Course Aim & Objective:
Learners should improve their ability to rally consistently, using the whole length of the court, whilst using different spins.
Course Syllabus:
Every week starts with a thorough warm-up, then stretch, game and cool down.
- Weeks 1-3: Recap of basic techniques - ground strokes, serve and volley, lob and serve.
- Weeks 4-5: Continue drills aimed at consistency of above.
- Weeks 6-9: More advanced technique to link shots, slice, top spin, approach shots, dropshots.
- Week 10: Doubles tournament.
