What you will need for your first session:
Possibly a notepad and pen
Overall course aims and objectives:
To de-mystify Energy Healing and look at the origins, theories and practice behind Reiki and other therapies.
On this course you will develop the following skills:
- be able to explain the theory behind Reiki
- understand some of the science behind Energy Healing
- be able to define at least two types of energy therapies
- define what happens during a typical healing session

Progression and qualifications available from this course:
Learners may choose to go on to study Reiki by taking a Reiki I attunement, or by choosing to study another modality in greater depth.
