All ages and abilities are welcome.

General & First Session:  

Loose, comfortable clothing; trainers and a packed lunch.  KAE is unable to offer refunds for any materials, equipment or books if the course is subsequently closed.

To develop fitness levels, strength, flexibility, co-ordination skills, special awareness and social skills.
